Make yourself an easy to complete journal from Scraps. 

You will learn to make a A5 size book suitable for journaling or scrapbooking with Liz , who is an experienced teacher and scrapbooker .

The technique can be adapted to any size.

Making a book is vey satisfying and it is extremely simple to achieve. No previous experience required at all.

We will create a 10 page booklet with 20 sides. We will add a cover and lots of pockets, tucks and art and writing spaces. It will be created using recycled materials, all of which are supplied.

My aim is to create a group who can then meet and develop their skills.

The initial course fee is £20 and covers all materials and hot drink and biscuits and is required in advance to confirm your booking.

Limited to 6 places, but inbox me to arrange a group booking or with any questions you may have. I can visit local groups at their venue.

Tuition is also available on a 1 to 1 ( 3 people maximum) basis at Liz's workroom in Mold. Please email for details.

Local groups

I can cater for up to 20 participants and we usually need about 2 hours+ to really cover this fascinating craft. I supply each participant with materials  to produce a finished item. The cost is £5 per participant plus £5 fuel cost. To cover preparation time I ask for a £20 deposit on booking via the website , this is deducted from the final payment, which is due on the day of my visit , this is non refundable. If the group cancels , I will post 2 kits to the organiser. I will fetch a supply of additional  materials for us to play with and spark ideas of what materials can be used. Please advise me of any special considerations individuals may have. Pouches of scrapbooking ephemera and materials will be available to purchase on the day, to hopefully enable people to continue creating .
